hmmmmmmmm, this had a new meaning today which i found quite entertaining...
with a group of people, i'm on week 6 of an 8 week boot camp kind of thing (i know ....ok, let me have my moment here ...yeah!), led by a trainer and held in a church building nearby ...in the middle of my umpteen squats, lunges and many other 'owie' exercises, what caught my attention was the communion table with the words "this do in rememberence of me" carved out ....does this include breaking out in a sweat (or as i would like to say, perspire!)?
ok, so i was the only one in the room with a big grin on my face (especially at that stage of the workout!), but in that moment i felt god grinning too ...his cheekiness then lead me to other inscribed words..."for she has done a beautiful thing" mark 14:6
